SHELL SCHEME: "Octanorm type" shell scheme panelling of the appropriate size booked, one 13 amp socket and spotlights depending on size of stand; 2 chairs; one table approx 1m height.

Stand fascia in blue with company name as supplied by exhibitor - logos will not be included. The usable area of each panel is approximately 2200mm high by 950mm wide.

The walls have protruding metal supports between each panel. The walls are nylon loop covered in grey and will accept Velcro hook type fastenings.

The hall carpet is black. If you require any other colours for panels – e.g. to match corporate colour schemes etc – or production of any exhibition material, the exhibition contractor will be pleased to assist.

EXHIBITION STANDS:
3m x 2m stand = £1,100 + VAT

6m x 2m stand = £2,200 + VAT

LARGE EQUIPMENT/HEAVY LIFTS::
Please inform the organisers well in advance about any exhibit that is not readily portable. There is truck access and small forklift can be available on site at extra cost to the exhibitor, however advance arrangements and bookings MUST be made.
